Physician Supported Weight Loss Program
This weight loss program is one of the
only physician supported programs
around. In fact, Johns Hopkins Medical
Center among many other facilities
decided it was the only "diet" they
would support.
The fact is, weight loss is not easy,
and let me tell you, I know this first
hand.
The only way it works is to cut calories
below
what your resting metabolic rate needs
in order to maintain you current weight.
But,
starving yourself only causes storage,
and we all know how fast the weight
returns once you go back to your old
ways. That is why this is different.
It is more of what we call a "bridge".
You don't use this plan for the rest of
your life. Rather, you use it to lose
weight fast and efficiently, working all
along to learn about methods to keep the
weight off for the long haul. This is
where this plan is at its best because
the support is the key. In fact, you
lose the weight, and keep it off by
supporting others to go through the
same. All you have to do is ask Jerry.
He lost over 100 pounds in 6 months with
me, and is now a Health Coach supporting
others and keeping the weight off. So,
I encourage you to at least consider
giving it a try. I really think your
results will surprise you. By the way,
would you like to know why Johns Hopkins
supported it after their own studies of
each diet plan? I'll tell you anyway.
The average weight loss
with TSFL was 47 pounds in 4 months.
And it was done by eating 6 times a day.
Not too many can say that.

Indiana College of Osteopathic Medicine
Thanks to the hard work of the Indiana
Osteopathic Association and Marian
University, Indiana is going to finally
get a second medical school. This is
way overdue for Indiana University is
one of only a couple states to have only
one medical school. This monopoly has
caused a shift in the type of physician
being trained, and an overload in
specialty services, leaving a primary
care shortage. Not to be too biased,
but Indiana couldn't have had a better
situation come along with the
Osteopathic medical school. The reason?
Osteopathic medicine is focused on
Primary Care Medicine, with more than
50% of graduates going into fields such
as Family Practice, Internal Medicine,
Pediatrics, and Ob/Gyn. This is our
need, and this school will definitely
make a difference to help it.
Ancestry.com
This is my own personal favorite link.
It is the world's largest online
resource for family history documents
and family trees. I've learned so much
about my family, and even had some
interesting adventures by working on my
personal family tree. Check it out! I
think you'll really like it.
Online Ratings
I could use your help. I've had a few
poor reviews placed on the internet,
because a rare few have believed I am
not a good physician. As I in no way
feel like I am beyond learning from my
mistakes as a physician, I do believe
that I do my best, and want what is best
for each of you. Unfortunately, the
loudest of the bunch are the ones who
are dissatisfied with a service, and
thus are giving me an image online that
is not honestly fair. If I could ask a
minute of your time to place a review at
this website, I would greatly appreciate
it. If you find another website and
would place a review there, as well, I
would be extremely appreciative.
